Most Massachusetts piano buyers do not want to drive to a single crowded store and hope something good is on the floor. We keep two showrooms so that pianists across the state have a genuinely convenient place to sit down and play a serious selection of used Steinways: Natick, at the center of MetroWest, and Burlington, just off the highways north of Boston.
Both are staffed by appointment so you get unhurried time with the instruments and with Roger, who personally selects and services everything we sell.
From Greater Boston to MetroWest
Our Natick showroom draws pianists from Wellesley, Weston, Wayland, Sudbury, Needham, Framingham and the surrounding MetroWest towns. Our Burlington showroom is the easy choice for Lexington, Winchester, Bedford, Woburn, Concord and the communities north and west of the city.
Wherever you are in the state, you are never far from a room where you can compare several Steinways in an afternoon rather than settling for the one piano a general store happens to stock.
Delivery anywhere in Massachusetts
Once you have chosen your piano, we arrange professional delivery anywhere in Massachusetts — from the Berkshires to the Cape. A grand piano is a precise instrument and a heavy one; our delivery is handled by movers who do this every day, not a general freight service.

- Where are your Massachusetts showrooms?
- We have two: 12 Worcester Street in Natick (MetroWest) and 135 Cambridge Street in Burlington (north of Boston). Both are open by appointment so you get dedicated time with the pianos.
- Which showroom should I visit?
- Choose whichever is closer. Natick is most convenient for MetroWest and the western suburbs; Burlington is easiest from Greater Boston and points north. Inventory differs between them, so tell us what you are after and we will point you to the right room.
- Do you deliver across the whole state?
- Yes — we arrange professional grand-piano delivery anywhere in Massachusetts after you select your instrument.
